Salary

Starting from May 1st, 2009, penguins who were Secret Agents and/or Tour Guides started to get 250 coins (each) for doing their "jobs" every month. Their salaries are paid through Penguin Mail. This information was first confirmed by Billybob, and later by The Club Penguin Times (found in issue #184).

The cards that Penguins get when paid.

• You only get paid once a month (around the first of each month).
• You get both checks, totalling 500 coins (if you are both a Tour Guide and a Secret Agent).
• Checks can arrive early or late (one or two days before or after the beginning of the month).
• Even if a penguin has no activity whatsoever of their job, they will still get paid.
• You will earn 6000 coins per salary every year, and if you have 2 salaries, then you will get 12000 coins.
• Jet Pack Guy is the Agent on the Agent Salary.
• Some penguins wish ninjas get paid.
