The Saftey Vest is an item on Club Penguin. It first came out in 2007. It then came out in early 2008. It was again available in Janurary 2010. If you dance with the Hard Hat, Red Construction Hat or Miner's Helmet, you can use the Jackhammer 3000. The Safety Vest is mostly used during times when there is construction.
