Jacques Hammer is a detective in the Stage play "Ruby and the Ruby". He is green and wears a detective coat, a grey detective hat, and a magnifying glass. During the play, he tries to find Ruby's lost ruby, which was actually still in a safe.

Jacques Hammer has his own visiting card and cabinet.

His name is a pun on Jackhammer.
He was mentioned in Day 37 of 101 Days of Fun.
He and Ruby are featured on a Card Jitsu card (Snow, Red, 2).
He may be French because of his name, Jacques, but this is unconfirmed.
He is a take off on Jacques Clouseau.
Some agents today uses his hat to look like the EPF agent on the homepage.
