Flare is one of the Elite Puffles from the game, Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He blows a blue fire from his mouth which is mostly used for forging metal objects in the Elite Missions. He also appeared in the exclusive book Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic.
