The Cloud Maker 3000 is an invention Gary the Gadget Guy made for the Festival of Flight 2009. You could find it at the Ski Mountain. It turns images into clouds when you press the button on the machine.

There is a bottle of water next to the machine that is used to make the clouds.
Anvil Clouds don't fly away like other ones, they fall when they pass the Ski Hill.
When you make the clouds, you could look out of the telescope at the Beacon to view them.
