Bouncer is a Blue Puffle who is one of the Elite Puffles in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He`s the first puffle the player meets in the game. The player meets the puffle in the Coffee Shop. He can throw snowballs to hit objects. He was also in the exclusive book Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic. His along with all the other Elite Puffles, has his own Card-Jitsu card in the Puffle Deck.

Bouncer appeared at Puffle Party 2009 with the other Elite Puffles build three different Snow Castles at the Beach.
He was trained by Agent PH.
He is the first Elite Puffle you can see in the game.
