The Blue Mailbag was a free neck item on Club Penguin. It was only available after the July 2008 updates of Penguin Mail (new server selection, new Penguin Mail, etc.).
Trivia
- Only penguins who signed up before the updates got the mailbag. If you joined afterwards, you wouldn't get the postcard.
- It was a one-hit wonder item.
- It is possible to have the item still available and ready to get. This is done by never accepting the gift and never deleting the postcard.
- You used to be able obtain this item through Penguin Storm, but it is now patched.
