Were you looking for the Silver Bell?

The Bell is a hand item on Club Penguin. It is a free item and it was available to all penguins on Club Penguin in December 2007 and 2008. During Coins for Change, bells are given away as free items. If you wave with the bell on your flipper, your penguin will ring the bell, causing a dinging sound to be heard.
