Were you looking for the Silver Bell?

The Bell is a hand item in Club Penguin. It is a free item and it was available to all penguins on Club Penguin in December 2007 and 2008 during Coins for Change. During Coins for Change in 2007 and 2008, bells were given away as free items. If you wave with the bell on your flipper, your penguin will ring the bell, causing a dinging sound to be heard.

Trivia

  • It is one of the few instruments that make sound.
  • Some penguins use it to attract attention to the Coins for Change center.
  • It is commonly seen around Christmas time, when Coins for Change is around.
  • It might be a reference to the Salvation Army bells that the "bell-ringers" ring.
  • There is a Silver Bell for sale in Rockhopper's Catalog during Coins for Change 2009, but only members can buy it.
  • Its sound differs from the members-only Silver Bell.
  • It is quite rare, as it did not come back in 2009 for Coins for Change.
  • They might use this to annoy penguins.
