The Wind Generator 3000 is a fan-like machine presumably made by Gary the Gadget Guy.
It is used as an obstacle in Jet Pack Adventure. If you went close to the front, it would blow you away. If you went close to the back, it would suck you in. In order to pass it, you would have to go above or below the Wind Generator. Another way to get the coins in it is to have a Green Puffle with you. It is unknown why Gary made this item.
