| Those glasses were voted in November 2009. You can recieve them by completing mission 11 and helping the brown penguin fix his glasss. Dot will give you a snowglobe that has a button on the side. Click the button and the snow globe will open and spy glasses will apear. Click on them and they will be added to your invetory. Not many penguins have the glasses yet.
