The Silver Whistle is a neck item in Club Penguin. Members are able to buy this item for 100 coins from the Snow and Sports catalog. It's sometimes available in the Costume Trunk catalog during the plays Team Blue's Rally 2 and Team Blue vs. Team Red. It was also available on the Penguin Style catalog. It is also unlockable when you transfer it from Club Penguin: Game Day! If you wave while you have the whistle, you'll make a whistle sound.
