2012-2015 are IN 2016, also update to halloween and replace music jam with frozen fever as worst party

Fixing needed

When you click the picture for the Finding Dory "party", it takes you to a page that has nothing in it. This is obviously a typo, so fix that! Also, reviews for the 11th anniversary party and Halloween party isn't in the past reviews section.

Protected

I can't edit the page because it's protected, but...

• There is a glitch. All previous years (2012-2015) are inside the 2016 section.
• The Lowest Rated Event should be updated. It says Music Jam 2014 (0.7), even though the Frozen Fever Party (-0.13) was the lowest.
• The Waddle On Party is over, so it should be in the 2017 section (which doesn't exist yet).
