This was our first ever Club Penguin Wiki Council meeting. Originally, Hat Pop, Sharkbate, Tigernose, Cp kid and PenblooeR were part of the council users list, but they did not show up. Andrew, Iamred and Sk8rbluscat took their spots.

Self photos

The proposed change would change the privacy policy to allow users to upload images of themselves as long as if they are 13 or older. This is because by signing up, they agree with network policy that they are at least 13 years of age. The decision to upload photos of themselves are also up to the user to decide and not others.

Remove userpage image "rule"

This idea would benefit users in which they are able to place as many images on their own userpage as they wish, whether or not they are related to Club Penguin or not, and as long as it's a reasonable amount.

Exclude users for being responsible for something if logs can prove it

With the CheckUser function for all staff members, the account responsibility policy will be modified to exclude users from being accused of a certain act committed on the wiki if network logs can prove it.

Delete the admin authority policy

The admin authority policy is a common sense policy (admins have final say) that does not need to be written.

Create the French CPW

This vote would determine whether or not a French Club Penguin Wiki be created. There are several users who are willing to edit.

This vote would determine whether or not a Spanish Club Penguin Wiki be created. There are several users who are willing to edit.

Disallow unauthorized bots on IRC

This policy is already in use, but users may not be aware of it as it is not written. The vote will add a rule to the IRC policy stating that no bots will be allowed on the official CPW channel unless an administrator grants permission. This is because every time there are multiple bots run by multiple users on the channel, there are flooding problems.

Make the consequences of the signature policy harsher

Too many users ignore the signature policy. The vote will determine whether or not harsher punishments will be added.

Remove the newspaper policy

There is no such thing as a user blog namespace unlike Wikia. This policy was enforced in 2009 when the wiki saw an "epidemic" of useless and lame newspapers being created by users. This vote will decide if we should delete this policy.

IRC ban evasions

There are sometimes users who evade bans on IRC. Like the wiki ban evasion policy, this vote will decide whether or not IRC ban evaders will automatically get a 1 day block per offense.

Change the other block policy so that a vote is required to have two administrators or one bureaucrat approve of it before a block can be done.

The two policies are extremely related. This vote will decide if we should merge them or not.

Apply sockpuppet policy to IRC

Recently, there has been times when users log into IRC under many nicknames at the same time. This is almost like sockpuppeting on the wiki, and should be prohibited on IRC as well. The vote will decide whether or not users will face the punishments for IRC "sockpuppeting".

One user cannot determine whether or not a user is abusing their given rights. This will have to be determined in a community vote.

The vote will decide if the ban evasion policy should be merged with the sockpuppet policy.

Delete the CPW/CPFW relations treaty

Back in 2009, the CPW and CPFW would often clash. This policy is no longer needed, as the two wiki are good friends and are even on the same network.
