Rocky is a Club Penguin mascot. It is related to the Disney Channel TV Show, Shake It Up and she is making her first appearance during the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam. She is the first famous penguin with the color Aqua. Mashable has confirmed that the actor Zendaya controlled Rocky during the party, and so did Bella Thorne with CeCe.

She was first found in some game files in June 2012. On June 28, 2012, it was confirmed on the official blog that Rocky will be a mascot for the upcoming Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam party, along with CeCe.[1]
As of May 2013, Rocky is no longer a Club Penguin mascot.
