Tour Description
"In the Pet Shop you can adopt a pet puffle. Puffles have different colors and personalities. Take them to play Puffle Launch or Pufflescape, Or head into to the Puffle Hotel... ...to pamper your pets."

The Pet Shop is located in the Plaza, to the left of The Stage. At the Pet Shop, players can buy Puffles and pet furniture. They can also play Puffle Roundup here. When walking up to the Puffles or clicking the Clipboard, the "Adopting and Caring for Your Puffle" manual appears and one can adopt a Puffle for 800 coins from it. If players click on the Yellow Book, the "Love your Pet" appears, from where the Puffle owner can get furniture items for their Puffle(s), and Club Penguin has programmed puffles to be able to play with it. There used to be a goldfish in the Pet Shop. Players can begin to play Puffle Roundup by going through the door labeled "Employees Only." Players can also play Puffle Launch by going to the cannon. When the Pet Shop first opened, it was swarming with penguins trying to get their hands on a pet puffle. On November 2, 2011 the new game (Pufflescape) was added.

History

Early Days

In the early days of Club Penguin, the Pet Shop exterior had no puffle sign, as puffles were not yet discovered. The Pet Shop was opened in March 2006.

2011 Redesign and Puffle Launch game

On February 28^th, 2011, the Pet Shop had a major redesign for the new puffle store extension. After it was done, a large puffle house was added and took the place of the glass container and there are tubes running from the front door to the Puffle Roundup door. Also, on March 8^th, construction for a new game, called Puffle Launch, began. On March 14, Puffle Launch was released. On May 31^th, 2011, puffles started going through the tubes and the mat in the center changed according to the puffle walking with your penguin.

The addition of Pufflescape

On November 2^nd, Pufflescape was added to the Pet Shop.

Glitch

During Card-Jitsu Party, Penguins can hear the Halloween Party indoor music. This glitch is fixed.

• The big puffle on the carpet turns the color of the puffle that is being walked by you.
• Franky worked here before he joined the Penguin Band.
• PH had the idea of renovating the Pet Shop to make more fun for Puffles.
