Wiki Christmas
Hello users! It's almost Christmas, and here on the Club Penguin Wiki, we're going to do something different this year. So far on the wiki we've had a template to send to each other and perhaps user made cards and gifts, but how about doing something as a group? Below are the two ideas for this year:
Christmas Tree
Each user will submit an avatar on a page and the graphics department will work on making ornaments using the avatars. They will then be added to a wiki Christmas Tree. This one is the most time consuming and requires a larger amount of effort.
Christmas Card
Everybody signs an image and the graphics department will design the three-four page card, with an imagemap linking to pages of the card. The cover, the two inside pages and the back. One of the inside pages will be the signatures and the other inside page is some sort of message. This process is much easier.

The tiebreaker process will go as follows: admins will vote, and whichever candidate has the most votes (first past the post system) wins the final candidate spot for the awards. The ballots will be out on December 14, so stay tuned!
YouTube Channel Relaunch
Hello everybody! If you have seen our first video on our YouTube channel in a very long time, then you would have probably guessed that we're relaunching it! That's right, Sharkbate will be working on making the YouTube channel more successful again. Our plans for it are our own fan made Club Penguin animated shorts, and mini clips advertising our upcoming official events. More may come in the future.

Social again, and a big surprise?
Yes, we have added social features. We believe that this, combined with our move to Linode for hosting, will allow us to rejuvenate the wiki. But we got a surprise.
A big Brazilian Club Penguin blog, called Planet Club Penguin, is going to link to our Portuguese edition! We are flattered to find out when we found out from PenblooeR, and we are glad this is happening. But for now, waddle on!
