The 4th Year Party Hat is a head item in Club Penguin that was given out during Club Penguin's 4th Anniversary Party at the party's traditional location: the Coffee Shop. It was free and it is available to all penguins on Club Penguin. It was hidden in a pinata above the entrance to the Book Room. Like all the other party hats, it is no longer available and it will never return. Before it was released, there was a large speculation about its colors. Similar items are the other Party Hats.

The 4th Year Party Hat is a rare item. It was very popular during the 4th Anniversary Party, and is still popular at Anniversary Parties. It will never return.

Trivia[edit]
- It was rumoured by some that the colors of the hat would be green, aqua, and blue. This was proven untrue when the hat was released.
