The 1st Year Party Hat, sometimes referred to as the 1st Anniversary Party Hat, Alpha Hat or the 2006 Party Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. It was given out, like all other anniversary party hats, as a free head item at the 1st Anniversary Party on October 24, 2006. The party, like all other anniversary parties after it, was held in the Coffee Shop for all players. It is considered the second rarest head item on Club Penguin. Similar items are the other Party Hats.
